Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Audio data. When you use speech recognition, your microphone audio is sent to a third-party service, such as Google’s Web Speech API if using Chrome, for real-time text conversion.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We don’t use cookies or trackers like ad networks. We only collect basic usage data for security and analytics, as described above.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Payments

Emails

We use Resend to send transactional emails, such as account creation confirmations, authentication-related emails, and other necessary communications. Refer to Resend's policy: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Audio Data

When you use speech recognition, your microphone audio is sent to a third-party service (like Google’s Web Speech API if using Chrome) for real-time text conversion. We do not record or store this audio, but the third party may process it according to their own privacy policies. Check your browser’s documentation for details.

Translation of Transcribed Audio Data

The Service offers a feature whereby transcribed audio data may be translated into various languages at your request. Upon initiation of a translation request within the Service, the transcribed text is transmitted to the Google Cloud Translation API, a third-party service provided by Google, which processes and generates the requested translation. This functionality is subject to and governed by Google's applicable terms and policies, which can be reviewed in detail at https://policies.google.com/terms.

Social Login Data

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google account). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account in the app settings. Once deleted, all associated personal data will be removed from our systems.

You may exercise Your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting Us. Please note that we may ask You to verify Your identity before responding to such requests. If You make a request, We will try our best to respond to You as soon as possible.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 16 or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.
